Cavatelli and rocket

Cavatelli with rocket is a simple and quick dish to prepare, but at the same time tasty and delicious. Ideal if you have little time to cook or simply if you want to delight your palate with the typical flavors of the Apulian tradition.

 

 


Ingredients for 4 persons:


400 gr Cavatelli Pasta Centoni


100 gr mini cherry tomatoes


Rocket


Extra virgin olive oil


1 garlic clove


Salt


matured ricotta


  

 

In a pan, fry a clove of garlic in a little olive oil. Once they are golden, add the previously washed and chopped tomatoes.

In the meantime, cook the cavatelli in a saucepan filled with salted water. Drain them when al dente and then add them to the pan with the cherry tomatoes. Mix the two ingredients and let the cavatelli finish cooking. When ready to serve, add the rocket and the aged ricotta.
